We’re here to rewrite the rules for founders from the global majority, immigrant, queer, and non-binary communities—those who have been historically excluded and systemically overlooked. Our mission is simple and radical: to create a sanctuary where purpose-driven leaders can access the resources, mentorship, and community needed to build liberatory businesses grounded in ancestral wisdom and radical self-trust.

We’re a movement for radical restoration—a collective answer to systems that expect us to trade our values for survival, and our vision for profit. We challenge extractive models by offering no-strings funding, soul-led mentorship, and a nurturing community where women and non-binary founders can truly thrive.

The Seeds of Our Collective: A Founder’s Story

I know firsthand what it means to fight for every opportunity. I homeschooled myself through financial instability, worked low-wage jobs, and climbed out of debt to lead tech teams and design experiences for over 15 years. But the relentless pressure for success nearly broke me. Chronic pain and burnout forced me to pause, heal, and rediscover a way of working that honors my ancestors and deepest values.

From Scarcity to Sanctuary—A Shared Journey

Coaching global majority women, immigrants, and queer founders, I heard echoes of my own story—brilliant leaders burning out, building in isolation, forced to choose between their values and their survival. It became clear: the system isn’t broken; it was built this way.

What We Offer: Unconditional Support & Collective Flourishing

Soul & Strategy Collective was born as an answer. We offer what the system won’t: unconditional support, restorative resources, and a space for collective flourishing. When founders are free to build from their full power, they don’t just transform their own lives—they transform communities and the world.
