From Survival to Santuary: The Soul & Strategy Story

Born into scarcity, I know what it means to fight for every opportunity. Homeschooling myself through financial instability, working low-wage jobs, drowning in debt—I built my way up through sheer determination, eventually leading tech teams and designing user experiences for 15 years.

But success built on hustle culture nearly broke me. Chronic pain and burnout forced me to stop, heal, and find a different way forward—one rooted in ancestral wisdom and radical self-trust.

As I began coaching women of color and immigrant founders, I heard the same story everywhere: brilliant leaders burning out, building alone, choosing between their values and their survival. The system wasn't broken—it was designed this way.

That's when Soul & Strategy Collective was born.

We're not just another nonprofit. We're a sacred rebellion against extractive systems that force women to choose between purpose and profit, between their values and their survival. We provide what the system won't: no-strings funding, soul-led mentorship, and community infrastructure so women can build businesses that restore rather than extract.

Because when women are free to build from their full power, they don't just change their own lives—they change the world.
