Our core values—Love in Action, Radical Interdependence, Liberated Sovereignty, Sacred Restoration, Integrity, and Anti-Colonialism—aren’t just words on a page. They are living commitments. They guide how we show up, how we lead, and how we care for one another.
Love in Action reminds us to lead with softness and compassion, making space for healing and authentic connection.
Radical Interdependence means we rise by lifting each other, honoring the wisdom that emerges from collaboration and shared power.
Liberated Sovereignty is about reclaiming our right to self-trust and soul-led creation, free from extraction and burnout.
Sacred Restoration calls us to restore balance—with the earth, with the divine, and with each other.
Integrity demands we walk our talk, staying accountable and truthful even when it’s hard.
Anti-Colonialism is our commitment to resist domination, design liberatory systems, and honor land, lineage, and liberation.
Empathetic Honesty is the courage to speak truth with compassion—knowing that honesty delivered with care is the foundation for trust and transformation.
Community Agreements: Turning Values Into Practice
Values are only as powerful as the actions they inspire. That’s why we created our Community Agreements—to translate our values into daily practice. These agreements are not rules to police, but shared promises that help us build a space where everyone can show up fully, safely, and powerfully.
